Jen is passionate about helping her clients achieve their goals and works with clients of all levels to improve their strength and mobility. She encourages her students to train with a purpose and train for life. Jen began her kettlebell journey in 2009. Jen is a StrongFirst Level 1 and 2 kettlebell instructor. She earned her StrongFirst bodyweight and barbell certifications. Jen was promoted to team leader for StrongFirst in 2018. Jen is a Certified Kettlebell Functional Movement Specialist and a Youth Fitness Specialist
Jen is the 9th woman to earn the title of Iron Maiden. The Iron Maiden is a title earned by a woman who can accomplish the feat of doing a strict military press, pistol squat and tactical pull up with a 24kg kettlebell. Jen is also a Strongfirst Bodyweight In addition to her certifications, Jen is a former NCAA Division One Cross Country and Track Athlete and has her Masters Degree in Elementary Education. She also volunteers her time to Saint Mary Catholic School as an assistant coach to to the Cross Country team. Jen is also a busy mom to 3 wonderful kids!

Strength and Conditioning
Express 30 minutes
Short on time? This training session offers a heart pumping strength and conditioning in an action packed 30 minutes! You will burn calories, scorch fat, challenge every muscle in your body and build lean muscle mass.
45-60 minute class
This 45 -60 minute training session is a fat burning machine! You will move through a circuit of metabolic and power moves! This high intensity class uses a variety of equipment such as the rower, bike, battling rope, and kettlebells.

Specializing in one sport at an early age is like having your child take only one subject in school. Too often young athletes are exposed to training programs that are beyond their structural and neurological abilities. Coordination, balance, agility, speed, strength and FUN are the key ingredients to developing the well rounded athlete!
Intro Session for Classes
An intro session is required before taking classes. This gives us the opportunity to go over kettlebell training and other exercises often used during classes. It will gives us the opportuntity to address any questions you may have about your training routine.
